Every year in October The Center holds a memorial event held to remember individuals that have lost their lives to intimate partner violence across the commonwealth. While this year looks different due to COVID-19 we have been remembering these individuals by lighting buildings and homes purple across Kentuckiana. Together we stand in strength for the families and friends that grieve these losses, but also as a reminder that we must persist in the work to diminish intimate partner violence in our communities.
