The Center operates six regional office locations, three of which provide emergency shelter, transitional housing and long-term housing options.

The Center's Joan E. Thomas, M.D. Campus in downtown Louisville provides residential and nonresidential services for survivors of intimate partner abuse and sexual violence. It offers rooms for special-needs victims and age appropriate play spaces for children. This campus also houses The Center's Economic Success & Housing services, Kentucky crisis line, regional administration offices and the area's only Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Clinic.

The Center's West Louisville Campus, housed in a Classical Revival style building, provides safe, stable housing and support services to nine families working to establish violence-free homes of their own.

The Center's Southern Indiana Campus has provided emergency shelter, transitional housing and nonresidential services for victims of domestic and sexual violence since 1999. It also operates the Indiana crisis line. Office locations in Harrison and Crawford Counties offer convenient support locations in the surrounding region.
